Which is better for customer feedback messages TextInbound or TextPremium?

TextInbound (SMS Long Numbers) is a service which allows organisations to set a dedicated 11 digit phone number to the SMS’s they send out. The main benefit of this is the opportunity to be recognised for that number via SMS, but also to use the number on other documentation or marketing materials. This unique number can then be set to forward the responses to an allocated email address. There is also the opportunity to choose a Golden TextInbound number, these are more memorable numbers.

TextPremium (SMS Shortcodes) can also be used to set specific response numbers known as short codes. These are 5 digit (short code) numbers such as 82029 and are often used in marketing campaigns and on point of sale items. TextAnywhere are able to offer either standard rate or toll free options.
