How do I cancel and stop paying for my TextPremium short code service?

To cancel and stop paying for your TextPremium SMS short code service you just need to drop us an email confirming that you would like to cancel the service, giving us one month’s notice. Please email us a [email protected].

Clicking on the CHANGE button next to your service in the TEXTPREMIUM area of your online account does NOT cancel the service. Clicking on the CHANGE button detaches the application from your short code service, enabling you to reuse your short code service with a different application.

You cannot cancel and stop paying for your TextPremium short code service from within your online account.
